The collector filters the dust-laden air through woven bags; this is the full collection unit, distinct from the optional inline pre-separator. Shaker cleaning releases accumulated dust for discharge into bags, barrels or an available quick-change hopper.

Manufacturer model ratings: LOBH-5 — 5 HP, 2,000–3,000 CFM, 163 sq ft filter area; LOBH-7.5 — 7.5/10 HP, 4,000–4,500 CFM, 245 sq ft; LOBH-15 — 15 HP, 4,000–5,000 CFM, 347 sq ft. These ratings are not delivered airflow guarantees: duct losses, operating static pressure and connected machines determine selection.

Intended for woodworking, plastics and suitable dry materials; not recommended for sanding applications. Material hazards, siting, local requirements and manufacturer application review must be resolved before equipment selection.

Rolled-lip ends join with gasketed over-center clamps. Branches, elbows, manifolds and machine drops connect collection points to the main. Galvanized and stainless options must be selected for the material and operating conditions. Provide machine outlet sizes, routing distances and simultaneous machine use for airflow and pressure-loss review. The photograph is a US Duct installation example.

The Legend inline separator is placed ahead of the dust collector to separate bulkier material into a hopper. US Duct explains that separation depends on the material mix, with heavier material separating more readily than fine dust.
